Terms of Service and User Agreement

The need to post specific terms of service, or an intricate user agreement has always been one of the most important support structures of anything and everything. However the general rules of society apply to all social settings. With that in mind, we have decided that rules for specific behaviors shouldn't need to be displayed. Each and every individual understands the polite and respectful way to interact with other human beings. Due to this, there is only one rule regarding behavior. Act appropriately under all circumstances, and keep in mind the over all allowed behavior of the site is PG-13. A warning system will be installed and you will have a score displayed on your profile. Should you receive a warning, it will be applied to your score. Depending on the severity of the situation, an amount will be applied, and when your score has reached it's limit- so has your stay here on Naruto: Wolvesthorn.

Regarding Role Playing rules, combat rules, and other RP related rules, there are specific systems set up to regulate each. They may all be found in the Advanced Guides topic located alphabetically as follows:

Character Creation: Basic

Creating your character here on Naruto: Wolvesthorn is a lot different than you might find on another naruto RPGs. On this site, we believe that everyone who makes a character with the intentions of RPing is very capable of doing so without the supervision or need for 'check' by a staff member. Here, we have a User-User check system, where the profile for every character is displayed alphabetically in URL=the Basic Profile/url section. Other members who choose to role play with you will have access to your character sheet, and all features of your character will be displayed in full view. Should you break the process or otherwise abuse this freedom, you will be reported to the staff and other members will not likely roleplay with you. So please keep that in mind, and play fair!

It's not going to be an entirely Naruto based site, it's going to have a largely fantasy blend. It's going to take the ideas of your clan wars you wanted and integrate them with a multi-invillage faction system. It's going to add a class system in to the specialties system so people can't be all over the place with their shit. So like, as you progress in rank and experience [experience will be given per RP post, and per RP topics made. There will be an OOC section for OOC commenting, etc.] You'll spend a maximum number total of points in a specialty, depending on if it is your main, sub, or sub-sub. You'll base the jutsu you get on that, etc. The way the the villages and shit will function will be a lot different. The villages will be controllable, however not like they normally are. Villages are going to be super-residential enterpises, less so than they are hosts for like Kages and armies and shit. Instead of full Village war, we'll have Factions, Organizations, and Clans inside the villages at war for control of the village, which will then allow them certain bonuses and privledges. Then villages can also go to war in the sense that, the leading clan/org/faction wants more territory. Now instead of the normal 'Clans give buffs through bloodlines' system, each choice will have its benefits. Organizations will provide material [weapons/armors/etc] bonuses, Clans will give bloodline bonuses, and Factions will give Specialty/Class tree bonuses. I'm also going to swing in a 3-5 RACE system, all based on human-esque. However, you will choose.. I guess a type of person to be physically/chemically, that will give you a bonus to something, but a negative to something else. It'll add a huge fantasy feel to the entire thing, I think. I hope I can get this shit done before I leave...
